The receptionist was pleasant and helpful with an insurance issue. She also has a great voice. Dr. Gom or Gorm, I couldn't read the sign very well. I was there to get glasses, after all. I cannot say enough about her. Besides her professionalism, which was outstanding, she was kind and patient.
I am an odd patient when it comes to my eyes. I never think I am following directions very well. I'm also slightly sensitive with things going on around my eyes. Like I might get poked. There was no poking. The doctor's demeanor put me at ease and I passed all of the tests. Except for the man, woman, person, camera, TV part.
Truly, I would absolutely recommend Dr. G. without hesitation. She was great. The best optometrist I've ever been to, easily. I was so impressed I felt compelled to write this review. No hyperbole. Go see her. You will not regret it.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients).
