  Be very careful if you use ClassPass to go to this studio. TWICE, I have signed in at the front desk, and TWICE they have marked me as absent, leading to multiple headaches trying to get refunded for the penalty fees. The manager of this studio doesn't reply to e-mails and is clearly incompetent at her job.

  I’m writing this because I’m honestly shocked by how this location operates. I have an All Access membership, and I’ve never had problems like this until dealing with Triangle CorePower Yoga. First of all, I’ve been in the ER, so I wasn’t able to manage my classes, cancellations, or anything the way I normally would. When you’re dealing with a medical emergency, yoga policies and app check-ins are not exactly your first priority. As soon as I was able to look at my account again, I saw that they charged me $45 for three classes—despite the fact that I pay for an All Access membership. That is completely unacceptable. If I’m paying for an all-membership plan, I should not be getting hit with extra charges like I’m a drop-in customer. And this isn’t just about the money. The overall experience at this location is consistently bad. The staff here can be unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and inflexible. I respect that studios can have rules, but there is a HUGE difference between having a policy and treating people like they’re a problem. The attitude at Triangle is not “professional” or “firm”—it’s just mean. Yoga studios are supposed to be welcoming spaces, and this place feels like the opposite. Another big issue: the studio itself looks dirty and poorly maintained. For what this company charges, I expect basic cleanliness—clean floors, clean bathrooms, a studio that feels cared for. Instead, it often feels unhygienic and not worth the premium pricing. It’s hard to relax and feel comfortable in a space that doesn’t feel clean. And even getting inside can be confusing because the outside/front entrance door is sometimes locked, which makes everything even more stressful. You arrive, you’re trying to figure out if you’re allowed to enter, and the whole situation feels like it’s designed to trip members up rather than help them. Then you get charged anyway. It’s ridiculous. I’m exhausted with these policies and the way they’re enforced. There is no empathy, no consistency, and absolutely no customer care. If this is what CorePower considers acceptable, then I’m done. As soon as I’m fully recovered, I’m switching studios. I am done with their policies. Worst company ever.

  I would highly encourage anyone from diverse backgrounds to carefully consider before enrolling here. In a class I took with Victoria D., I was the only student who was called out in a very condensing way and not to mention I was also the only person of color in the room. This created a very uncomfortable and disappointing first experience. It would be beneficial for the instructor to reflect the values she promotes.
