- ZZZhenOct 25, 20255.0Loved my hot yoga experience here. Teachers were awesome. Felt so good for rest of day. Only negative is heavy proselytizing. Not sure if this the general yoga experience or not. Maybe some like it. I didn’t hate it but was a bit surprised.

Lorena was a great instructor. My girls and I did her yoga sculpt class… she was clear with her direction, intentional with even the volume of the music… with a flow that made you feel graceful and strong! I highly recommend this studio. We did have a good laugh, if it’s your first time make sure to clap your thighs when doing jumping jacks! lol…it will make sense once you go to class, you’ll catch on. Hope to visit again! Thanks again for a great experience! ATX 🧡

It was my first class at this studio and she was welcoming and kind and the flow was equal parts challenging yet centering. The studio itself was clean and parking really isn’t an issue if you don’t mind a 2-5 minute walk.
