- SESami EnderleJul 24, 20253.0Hello! I was a member at the South Park Meadows Club Pilates in ATX for about 5-ish months. I showed up at 5:07 for my 5pm class and another at 6pm. There was 1 reformer available that I saw from the front desk. I was told I would need to wait until the next class due to being late. I have a veryyy spermatic schedule and share a car with my boyfriend currently; I have lost out on over $100 of classes. ^ I am aware that my work schedule is no fault to CP. I understand needing a late policy. It’s crutial for running a business with a back-to-back class schedule and only 10-12 available reformers. However, if you have a heart and know money isn’t easy to come by. Pilates is a luxury—for me at least. If there is a reformer available and a customer who paid $45 to be there…let them. Customer incentives don’t look like a bingo card for me. I prefer a business that understands that I’m the customer paying them— that’s what would’ve brought me back! $89 for 4 classes is pricey but it’s reasonable for learning a craft that is so detailed as Pilates. Once you have the basics down though, I recommend buying a reformer on FB Marketplace ($250ish Awro Pilates—brand I found). YouTube has MANYYYYY videos! Thanks!
