Club Pilates Northwest Hills is a boutique Pilates studio specializing in reformer fusion classes for anyone, at any age or fitness level. Pure to Joseph Pilates’ original Reformer-based Contrology Method, but modernized with group practice and expanded state-of-the-art equipment, Club Pilates offers high-quality, life-changing training at a surprisingly affordable price.
I’m extremely disappointed with this Pilates studio, especially their membership policies, cancelation restrictions, and lack of access to classes.
I signed up for a 3-month membership, only to later find out they require a 30-day cancellation notice. That feels excessive and unreasonable for a fitness studio. When I questioned it, staff compared it to renting an apartment, which honestly makes no sense—this is a Pilates membership, not a lease. There’s nothing about this service that justifies that kind of commitment or restriction.
Even worse, I can barely get into classes at all. Most sessions are full or unavailable, which defeats the entire purpose of paying for a membership. What am I paying for if I can’t actually attend classes?
On top of that, membership support has been unhelpful, and resolving billing concerns has been frustrating. Between the misnomer of the 3-month membership, the rigid cancellation policy, and the lack of access, this experience has not been worth the cost.
I am requesting a refund, and I’m leaving this review so others are aware of what they’re signing up for. Management seriously needs to rethink their policies and improve customer support. This is likely what to expect with a corporate chain such as Club Pilates. Be warned.

Tried Pilates for the first time and I truly enjoy it . Instructors were kind and knowledgeable , promoting safety throughout the class. I am now a member and super excited about body transformation progress on the reformer . I look forward to my classes not only is it good for my health but it's also good for mental health to be surrounded with other women having the same goal in mind . I recommend club pilates for anyone wanting to improve their overall health.

I have been taking classes at Club Pilates ( Northwest Hills and Allandale) for the last year and a half. The classes always run on schedule and are easy to book online. The studios are spotless. Debbie is such an amazing instructor who not only makes you feel stronger but happier when you leave her classes! Those are a few of the many reasons I will keep coming back!

I’ve been taking classes with Debby Foreman at Club Pilates, and I can honestly say she’s one of the best instructors I’ve ever had. Her energy, expertise, caring, kindness, the flow of her class and attention to detail make every class feel purposeful and empowering.
Debby has a unique way of pushing you just enough to grow without ever feeling overwhelmed. She offers thoughtful cues and modifications, making her classes accessible to all levels. I always leave feeling stronger, more aligned, and motivated to come back.
Her passion for Pilates really shows, and she creates such a positive, encouraging environment. If you’re looking to improve your practice or just want a fun, effective workout with an inspiring instructor, I highly recommend booking a class with Debby. She’s truly a gem!
