  The care and attention here exceeded my expectations. From Melany in the front desk to the doctor. My only complaint would be that I had to wait 50minutes but the service was great! They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

  Came in for flu/cold symptoms and they weren’t able to do much. They didn’t test me for flu, strep or covid. Suggested I get a chest X-ray (which they couldn’t do on-site) to rule out something stronger than a virus since I was experiencing chest pain. Told me they’d write me a drs note for work, forgot to include it in my paperwork and then when I followed up after leaving said they no longer could write me one since I was going to an ER. Additionally, they mentioned prescribing 2 medications but neither of them ended up at the pharmacy I requested. Absolutely useless experience.

  The facilities were clean and pleasant - the staff was cordial and competent. Because of low I2 saturation, we were referred, appropriately to hospital ER for further testing and imaging - resulting in admission and treatment.

  Excellent from start to finish. Ethan took the call, the check-in gal was amazing and then Madison the NP was terrific! So kind, upbeat, straightforward and patient. Highly recommend. New, clean with good customer-forward service. Also so nice to have a place that you can get into quite quickly. All to say that it was a very pleasant experience. Pretty sure, this will be our "go to." Thanks.

  Dr. Lee was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable during my visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. Hannah, his medical assistant, was kind and attentive, and Vivian at the front desk was welcoming and efficient. The whole team made the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
