The owner, Kay, gave me my initial tour and crafted a workout for me based on my goals and previous injuries. It was so helpful to get that little bit of help at the beginning so I could confidently go everyday and feel like I knew what I was doing and how to use the equipment. If you live in the North Lakeway area definitely come on by!

There are a bunch of classes available plus personal training for those who want it. Kay and Don (owners) are very personable and supportive and are great trainers with a fun sense of humor! I've been going there for around 20 years and have many friends there. It is like a big fun family. We all love BODYWISE!

Are classes extra?
All classes at BodyWise Gym are included in your membership, with the exception of Obstacle Race Training, which has a $5 per class fee. For full class details and schedules, please consult our Class Schedule.
Is towel service extra?
Towel service for both the gym floor and showers is included in your membership fees at no additional cost.
Can I bring my own Personal Trainer
Yes, you may bring your own personal trainer. If you'd like to work with a trainer not on our staff, please contact Kay or Don to make the necessary arrangements.
Can I rent the aerobic rooms?
Our aerobic room is available for rent for specific events and training sessions. For more information, please speak with our receptionist or send us an email.
Can I bring a Guest?
Guests are welcome at BodyWise Gym. There's a $15 daily drop-in fee for guests. We also offer weekly and monthly guest options. For more details, please inquire at reception or contact us via email.
At what age can Children workout at BodyWise?
Children aged 12-15 can join BodyWise as part of a family membership, with a parent or guardian as the primary member. Those 16 and older may join individually with parental approval. Membership fees must be paid before children can use the facilities.
I don't like to have someone draft funds from my account so what options do you have?
We offer the option to pay for a full year's membership upfront, which eliminates the need for monthly drafts. For more information on this and other payment options, please refer to our Membership Options.
Are fitness classes included with my BodyWise Gym membership?
All classes at BodyWise Gym are included in your membership, except Obstacle Race Training which costs $5 per class. Refer to the Class Schedule for details.
