He got the aids a couple years ago from Estes. $4,000.00. They cleaned out his ears before testing him then. I called to make an appointment and said HISBEARS NEEDED TO BE CLEANED OUT! Went to the appointment today and she said we don't clean ears and handed my husband a card for an ENT. And didn't try to make the aides fit him better. Said he'd have to come back after getting his ears cleaned. The man is in a nursing home wheelchair bound. And it's very hard to get him out. Father-in-law said "we won't come back here again".
