- SSS ShawNov 24, 20201.0This morning we had a scheduled appointment. I had to turn around and get the hearing aids so I called Connect Hearing and said we were running late. We arrived at 8:40 (10 minutes late) and called Cindy to tell her that we were there. She said she would be right out so we described our vehicle. In the meantime, a lady drives up, hops out of her car and goes to the door. Cindy comes to the door, she and the lady have a brief interaction, and she and that lady disappear into the building. Okay. One hour and 5 minutes later we sit waiting in the car and heard nothing from Cindy, our appointment is long overdue. We call office number and “Tia” answered the phone. We told her what had happened and that we hadn’t heard from anyone to let us know what’s going on. Since we didn’t want to continue just sitting in the parking lot, we told her we guess we would be leaving. Here we are, 7 hours or so later and no one has contacted us to make another appointment or to apologize or nothing. Not impressed how the situation was handled during our broken appointment or afterward. Someone should have gotten back to us. Horrible customer service.
