I needed a broken wire replaced on my Phonak hearing aids. I called 7 places in Austin and EVERY one said all customer service reps busy leave a number for a return call. After 2 hours waiting with NO calls, I tried my 8th call. Connect Hearing on Bee Cave Rd. Surprised by a human answering, I was told to just come in. Within minutes my device was serviced and I was on my way. Very professional and speedy service was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this business

It’s a great idea if you ever wanted to take a grandparent out for lunch then both go get your hearing tested for free in Bee Caves. Creating memories.
If you suspect that you or a loved one may be experiencing hearing loss, seek help sooner rather than later. Hearing loss often develops gradually; identifying and treating it promptly is crucial. At AudioNova Austin, we offer comprehensive hearing exams and will guide you through next steps.
How much does a hearing test cost?
At AudioNova Austin, hearing tests are offered FREE of charge.
How often should I get my hearing checked?
If you have no signs or risk of hearing loss: ages 18–45 — once every five years; ages 45–60 — once every three years; over 60 — once every two years. Get tested more often if you have symptoms or risk factors.
Does Medicare cover hearing aids?
Medicare typically does not cover the cost of hearing aids themselves but does cover diagnostic hearing and balance exams when prescribed. Some Medicare Advantage (Part C) plans may offer hearing aid benefits; coverage varies by plan.
How much do hearing aids cost?
Hearing aid costs vary widely depending on technology level, features, style, and number of devices. After an assessment we’ll review options that meet your needs and budget — contact your local AudioNova clinic for a complimentary consultation.
Are hearing aid accessories difficult to use?
No — accessories are designed to be user-friendly. Our hearing experts will review features and show you how to use any accessories so you’re comfortable with them.
When should I use hearing protection?
Use hearing protection for high-noise activities (concerts, motor sports, construction, etc.). Noise-induced hearing loss can result from prolonged exposure or a single very loud event. If you notice ringing or temporary hearing loss after noise exposure, the environment was too noisy and you should protect your hearing.
