  I’m writing on behalf of my aunt to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care she received at this clinic. Brian Gamez, (hearing instrument specialist), was incredibly knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. What also helps is that he is bilingual. From our initial appointment to the fitting of her hearing aid, she thoroughly explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He even walked us through the process of putting on the device and helped us navigate the app on my phone to control the hearing level. Brian Gamez’s expertise and kindness truly made a difference in my aunt’s life. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of hearing care. I had a very negative experience with a different ENT who was not patient or accommodating to my aunt’s disabilities. Overall, I had a 10/10 experience at this clinic.
