Ms. Lena Slobodian HIS was exceptional in making me feel comfortable, conducting a through hearing test, fitting me with my new hearing aides and addressing all my questions. For the past 5 years my prior hearing aides were not working and I was in a poor state of mind about my poor hearing quality.
