What a wonderful and positive experience I had with AudioNova at the 3201 Bee Caves Road office in Austin, Tx. in purchase a new set of hearing aides (Phonak 170 - Sphere).
Ms. Lena Slobodian HIS was exceptional in making me feel comfortable, conducting a through hearing test, fitting me with my new hearing aides and addressing all my questions. For the past 5 years my prior hearing aides were not working and I was in a poor state of mind about my poor hearing quality. I am now enjoying my stronger hearing and my commitment is strong to using these new hearing aides. Thank you so much.
