The facility is clean, the check-in process is very smooth, the admin is staff is great, the doctor seemed nice until she refused to do an abdominal check on our son despite his symptoms. I am not sure if it was ego that caused her to not check his belly despite the pain he was complaining of, but she dismissed us with a flu diagnosis. Turns out we went to the ER the next day, we were admitted to the hospital and then into Pediatric ICU for a total of 8 days. I am guessing this place is okay for routine urgent needs, but if you’re looking for a thorough check, take pause. At least that was the case with the doctor we saw. I hope she reads this and does better for future patients. This turned into a very serious matter!

My wife came to this practice after more than 8 days of worsening illness with all the classic signs of a bacterial sinus infection: elevated temperature, discolored nasal discharge, and severe sinus pressure. She was hoping for a thoughtful evaluation and treatment.
Instead, the on-call provider declined to prescribe antibiotics and spent the visit lecturing her about antibiotic stewardship. We understand the importance of not overprescribing but the delivery felt dismissive rather than educational, and my wife left no closer to relief after more than a week of being sick. A waste of $50 and 1.5 hours of waiting.
A patient who is clearly suffering deserves a conversation about the full range of options not a one-sided talk. We'll be seeking care elsewhere.

I came here on a Saturday morning after experiencing a week’s worth of cold/flu symptoms. The nurses and staff greeted me and walked me through the signup process and got me diagnosed in under an hour. Turns out I had the opening stages of the flu and they got me diagnosed before my health would have started to get worse. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and I felt like they paid extra attention to make sure they gave me a proper diagnosis. Extra props to Sashi Rose for helping me find the nearest pharmacy to my apartment.

I knew going in, there was a good chance I would wait a while, and I did. I waited pretty close to when they were going to close down. I went in for an infection on my foot and a small piece of metal debris in my eye. When I finally was seen, the doctor suggested I go see a dermatologist for the infection to get antibiotics, which she could have easily prescribed me. She than spent maybe 2 minutes trying to get the debris and said i should go see an eye specialist. She clearly was done working for the day and not interested in helping me. I asked a few more times if she would try again to get it out, I already paid to be seen. She finally tried again and was able to get a small piece of it out. I was so dissapointed by the experience, but thats the health care system in this country at the moment. Avoid this place if you can.

Staff were nice enough but i waited for 40 minutes with no updates on a simple blood draw. Tried to ask staff when i would receive it and was told they were behind schedule. But they had just seen me for vitals and a sample and could have easily done the draw then instead of holding me to wait around for nearly an hour. Additionally there was only one person in front of myself at the time, so I'm not sure how i was left to wait for this long. I scheduled ahead online as well. Apparently the wait was for the provider to give the order, but I'm not sure why that wasn't created at the appointment time. Overall pretty frustrating experience.
