  Dr Vangala has amazing reviews, but I’ve decided not to enroll here because the office staff seem to have very little concern for new patients. Over three days, I called more than six times during office hours with almost no response, and when someone finally answered, they just forwarded the call to another line that was never picked up, with no follow-up from the front desk. As first-time parents, this level of unresponsiveness does not give us confidence in the practice, regardless of how good the doctor’s reputation may be.

  Dr. Vangala is super nice, caring, and great with kids, we really appreciated how attentive he was with our daughter. However, the wait time was very long. Our appointment was at 9:00 AM, we arrived at 8:45 AM, and we didn’t leave until 10:50 AM. While we love the doctor, be prepared to block off a few hours for your visit.

  I recently started taking my newborn and 5 year old daughter to Dr. Vangala. I am so very pleased with my experience! Dr. Vangala is extremely knowledgeable & patient- my kids love him. The whole staff is kind and professional. I am so glad to have found such a wonderful pediatrician.

  We have been taking our daughter to this clinic for the past two years and have had a very good experience. The doctor is friendly, patient, and always takes the time to listen to our concerns and answer all our questions. We also appreciate that it’s usually easy to get an appointment quickly when our daughter is sick. Overall, the staff is caring and the service has been consistently good.

  Dr. Seeta Ram Vangala at Global Pediatrics is truly an excellent pediatrician. He takes time to listen carefully and explains everything in a very clear and reassuring way. As a parent, that really gives peace of mind. The clinic is clean and well organized. The front desk staff are generally helpful, and some of them are especially friendly and welcoming, which makes visits more pleasant. We never feel rushed during appointments, and Dr. Vangala is very patient with kids and makes them feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Seeta Ram Vangala to any parents looking for a caring and knowledgeable pediatrician in Aubrey, TX.
