  Both my husband and I go to Arlington Smiles, best service ever! They also treat TLC clients with gentle care and respect. Comfort from beginning to end of each visit.

  The negative i have with this business is the fact that they are charging $350 fee for cancelling appointment outside of 48 hrs. I saw them on a Friday afternoon signed paperwork at approx. 3:30 pm and made an appointment for the Tuesday following. I called on Monday to cancel forTuesday. The office person said that since it has been 48 hrs since I made appointment, I have to pay $350,00. I explained that I signed the paper Friday bafternoon when I made appointment. She pretended to check and told me the computer would not change. I was going to spend over $5K! If not for this person's attitude about $350. I refuse to pay $350 in addition to the rest. Really disappointed because other than this, I would definitely used their services.

  My experience was great. Alexis is a very kind, gentle, patient, professional Dental Hygienist. She explains what she is doing, and very calming. Dr. Davis is always kind and gentle with whatever his treatment is. I appreciate his positive attitude, and the caring way he treats his patients. Tamika and Nicole are kind, welcoming, and very helpful. Thank you to each of you!
