Save time and trouble, set up an appointment online. Make sure to have your phone number or confirmation number on hand. Avoid walking in since everyone does it. Those ladies move quick and can come off a bit rude, but they are moving patients quickly! Be understanding of them. I was in and out no issues. Again, made appointment and followed directions. Other people waited in line, had to look up what number they used to register...etc. dont be that type. Thank you ladies.
This review is specifically for Brittney at the Arbrook location. Great phlebotomist. Five vials with zero drama. No pain associated with the procedure at all. Checked in via text in the parking lot and from the time I sat down in the lobby until leaving was five minutes at most.

Waited over an hour With a fasting 9 year old, only to get called back and then say they don’t have the test order from the doctor (that was called in last week!!!). Called the doctor right then and there, she stated she faxed it AGAIN, and they made my child and family move BACK to the waiting room instead of staying comfortable in the room. Because it was going to be another 30 minutes because that’s how long it takes to fax. HORRIBLE MANAGER, HORRIBLE STAFF. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Showed up for my 11:40AM blood work appointment and the door was locked with no one available to let me in. Called and got nothing but an automated message. Eventually reached someone and was told a supervisor would call me back. That never happened. Getting blood work done is already not the most fun experience and the last thing you need is this kind of hassle. Extremely poor customer service and a complete waste of my time.
