- CLCheryl LangleyJan 20, 20221.0I get delaying opening hours for covid vaccines BEFORE but now I think the staff just takes advantage of that extra hour, there is not one person getting a vaccine in the morning. I think its super rude to not hand a customer they're prescription when u are clearly not busy. Today I was turned away at 9am, I waited around the store for an entire hour and then felt like I put the woman out for returning at 10am. She was not friendly, slammed her gate open and just RUDE. I spend wayyyy too much money there to be treated this way and will go elsewhere for my prescriptions. Your people need a class in customer service.

Lady told me 30 min so I walked the store for an hour then came back she then told me oh no it won't be ready til tomorrow and said she told me that when she clearly stated 30 min . Every month it's something else at this location I will definitely be switching locations
