- ALAnessa Love5 days ago5.0I’ve been a WP customer for over 6 yrs and this visit to the Arlington location added the cherry on top. I went in for my annual eye exam and to look into glasses and contacts. Shortly after my visit I became unwell to the eye. I asked the associate if I could take a seat to collect myself and she agreed. As a little time went by, not only did the associate ask how I was feeling but so did the rest of the staff. I went from not feeling my best to feeling worse. One of the staff members suggested to call the ambulance and I agreed. In the meantime, the staff gave me water and a nutritious bar to see if that would help. I wasn’t available to come back after the ambulance came. But I wanted to give the biggest thank you to everyone who helped and showed kindness, concern and patience while I went through my medical emergency. What a great way to start off the year 2026 knowing I will continue to be a WP customer! 💜💜💜

Everyone seemed to work in sync with one another and was informative about their inventory taking into consideration my needs. Their wide seltion of frame options is massive but thanks to their " virtual lense" I was able to choose before my appointment. I consider myself an efficient person and from my experience Warby Parker has proven that to me also. Keep up the good work team!!
