I was waking up every morning and could barely walk! The tendons or muscles in my feet were stiff and every step was painful for the first few hours of my day. This went on for 8 months or more! I had no idea what to do other than make an appointment with a podiatrist. No sooner than I thought this I heard a commercial on the radio about the Good Feet store and I thought why not? So I made my way to the Arlington store and told the lady my problem and she said “your in the right place” She then put some kind of plastic insert thing in my shoe and warned me that it will feel like I’m walking on a cue ball but that that was actually the feeling of recovery and healing! The Good Feet system with the insole inserts were explained to me and off I went.
And let me tell you I was seriously skeptical! They were either filling me with a line of bull or they actually knew what they were doing but hey it’s better and cheaper than surgery so who knows? Now I’m not going to sugar coat this, they were not cheap! But if they fixed my problem it would be well worth it!
I am here to tell you that all this happened 10 years ago and I have never had the foot problems again! And on the two occasions that I have felt stiffness in my feet I get my inserts out and wear them for a few days and just like that my symptoms are gone!
I have nothing but good things to say about the Good Feet store! So many things nowadays are a scam or a money grab but that was not the case here! Thank you so much to the Good Feet store! 🙏🏼

Barbara was great! She was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. She answered all of our questions and helped us find the right fit. We came in with a baseline resting pain of 4 and left with a 1. Mission accomplished.

Google "Good feet store under investigation" and you will find data on everything I complain about below.
The Good Feet Store is selling a product that is better done by a Podiatrist, a real foot doctor who can custom mold foot supports to your foot. I bit on their line that "doctors recommend" them. The store staff are just sales people selling a very expensive product and it is has a No Money back Gaurantee! As soon as you pay, you are done. Mine did not fix my issue. I ended up with a Foot and ankle specialist that correctly diagnosed my plantar fascitis and custom molded shoe inserts to my feet which corrected my foot alignment. Highly recommend you see a real doctor and not listen to these sales people earning commission on a product they are selling and trying to fit to your foot. My Good feet store inserts were done wrong by my sales person and I could not get my money back. It was a waste of money. What really irks me is they use "doctors recommend them", that is a lie. The real doctor for this isssue is a Podiatrist and doctors know it. The real key is the product is not guaranteed to work you cannot get your money back.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
