They are run by sales people more than likely working on commission instead of healthcare professionals. My boyfriend went in yesterday, 2/24/26, and paid over $1000 for insoles that did not work and they don't do refunds. He may as well have taken $1000 and wadded it up and threw it in the trash. He is already researching other insoles that might help after spending a ridiculous amount of money. Do yourself a a favor and just visit a podiatrist instead.

Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort.
