  I went to a stretch session on 12/30/2025 trying something new. I was very pleased and the stretch felt really good. Ashley was great, she provided great service, performed an electronic body scan, explained the importance of stretching, explained each stretch we performed and explained all specials and membership pricing. I would sign up for a membership, if it was not so pricey. My experience was great. I enjoyed every minute.

  I've been to other stretch places and I was not satisfied with my service but today I received the best stretch ever I feel great my body is thanking me. My stretchologise Rowon is the best she's very knowledgeable,very skilled and caring I recommend her when you go 💯 % for your stretch . I go to chiropractors and I've tried massages neither make you feel better like getting a stretch from Rowan I'm definitely going atleast ounce a week I have to she's amazing and attending stretchlab I think I can heal my body

  Best thing I've ever done! I'm almost 70 years old and go twice a week. So glad I stuck with it, because after the 2nd month I saw a huge improvement! I am more flexible, have a larger range of motion and reduced pain in my back. I am more stable and balanced. Feel like I'm 10 years younger! My Flexologist Journee is AMAZING!!!

  I joined before the Stretch Lab officially opened in October. The very next day I called and cancelled. The manager at the time told me it was no problem and that I should receive the refund of $159 back to my credit card in a week or two. I confirmed there was nothing else I needed to do to complete my cancellation. She said no that it was all handled. Shortly there after I received several texts stating that the owner was just taking everyone’s money and was never planning on actually opening. Really weird and extremely unprofessional texts. I then received a follow up texts of someone apologizing for the previous texts and that it was a disgruntled employee that was sending them out. Needless to say I was really glad I had decided to cancel already. Fast forward to January and I still have not received a refund back to my credit card. I have called several times and talked with the staff who have been very nice, but said that they didn’t have the authorization to do anything, that I would need to talk to the owner. They were able to tell me that my cancellation wasn’t processed until November 1st which was 22 days after I had called and confirmed my membership was cancelled and refund in progress. I have called many more times trying to reach the owner, however I am always told she isn’t available. I have also sent her two emails and have received no response. You would think a business owner would have more integrity and respond back to me. Very disappointing and negative experience to have entered the facility one time for an introductory 20 minute stretch that definitely wasn’t worth $159.

  They took my money and the stretch was horrible. Very unprofessional i would not ever go again employees were talking about other people or clients while i was there and they seemed very unorganized there was some lady running around telling everyone what to do and if they are doing it wrong she belittles them i just believe they think thats okay this is not a fake post like the owner claims
