I am disappointed! This was our first time to this LensCrafters location and walked in excited to get my son’s new glasses. I did do my homework on the website before coming in and had a pair of glasses and lenses already picked out but I wanted my son to try them on before purchasing so I figured since the promotion said online and in store we’d go in person for a more personal experience. On the website it says 50% off lenses with the purchase of frames online and in store. I spoke to someone which happened to be the store manager (a guy) and was going to move forward with the purchase however the price for lenses was higher in store for the same exact thing. I showed him what my checkout price was and he said online was a different price because it comes from a different supplier so no 50% of lenses. I clarified with him what he had entered into the system for the lenses a second time and he confirmed yes sorry it’s more in store for the lenses we only give off 30% for the special right now, but never actually showed me. We left, disappointed and with no glasses. This is not what the website says, online it clearly says 50% lenses. I do believe he was putting additional add ons to the lenses and that’s why the lenses weren’t coming out to the same price. The store managers misrepresentation of LensCrafters is sending people out the door with no eyeglasses, that are in need of them. I do not recommend this location.

Absolutely phenomenal and professional staff at the Parks Mall location. The Specialist expedited my prescription and I was able to walk out of the store with my near frames within 45 minutes! They also have a larger selection of frames to choose from! I highly recommend this location. Thank you.

Placed an order for complete set of glasses, called before Thanksgiving and and employee said that they had shipped but due to the holidays to call back. Today is Tuesday, I have been calling the whole day and have not been able to speak to an actual person about the status of my glasses. The recording says to wait 2 whole days to get a call back. I feel like you should be able to reach someone at the location sometime during the day, maybe not during peak hours, but at least be able to speak to someone.

Bianca is an utmost professional. She took top notch care of me. Well done!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
