If you don’t like your job, find another one! When someone says “thank you so much, have a great day”, your job is to respond, not to hang up on me! Absolutely ridiculous!

After being on hold the phone rings again and I get the same woman with the same greeting and you can't get a word in. Then when the phone rings again she doesn't say anything and puts the call on hold without saying anything. She did this this one more time. The fifth time she just hangs up. Either you need people-oriented employees or she needs retraining in customer service or let go.
