- DRDayana Torres RuizDec 19, 20251.0staff is rude. i went in twice for my medication they said they did not have it, i asked my doctors clinic to ask for me and the pharmacy staff told them that they did have it and it was ready when i went in the third time they told me again they did not have it. they gave me 30 pills instead of 90 and then my pcp office asked they stated there was no record that they gave me anything. bad communication, bad customer service asked to transfer my medication to a Walgreens instead.
