They continually blame the various doctors for their failures ... Too many times they have been caught in obvious lies ... I have asked for contact information for an area manager, but have been refused ... they have promised that a district manager would contact me ... Of course it has never happened ... It is shameful they have let a good operation come apart at the seams

No one bothered to inform me of their mistake and they possess sarcastic/aggressive attitudes over the phone and in the drive thru. I heard this information and was told I could transfer my scripts by calling a different Kroger location. I got the word that they could send the new pharmacy everything, but no, they failed to do this and I don’t have the medicine I need this morning. No matter what you do, don’t trust this pharmacy.
