Stopped to this pharmacy for vaccine and honestly had such a good experience. Gavin (pharmacy staff) were super helpful and really took the time to answer questions without rushing me. You can tell they actually care about people. Definitely my go-to spot from now on.

If I could give zero stars I would. Every time we come here to pick up a prescription we have an issue. We also have the Kroger rx savings plan which somehow made our prescriptions more expensive than ever before instead of covered or less expensive as quoted when we signed up for the plan. Our out of pocket has been met since September and they can’t figure that out. Our insurance BCBS has tried to contact them multiple times to avoid the above issues and they never answer their phone. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost.

The requirements to get a prescription transferred to this site are insane. The pharmacy techs require you look up the other pharmacy or your doctor's phone number. Any other site will do that for you, to ensure fraud doesn't occur.
To speak to a human, hit zero and prepare to wait on hold.
