The other pharmacies have began using corporate/menu customer service. Call this Kroger pharmacy & the phone is answered timely. The customer service over the phone is upbeat & eager to please. Hope this type of service continues. Would give 5 stars but haven't been a customer long enough. I try to give updates to my reviews, so will be back in a few months. Hopefully, I can add another star.

It seems as though they really do not care about you. It’s always such an inconvenience. I’m searching for a better pharmacy. One that is better organized, & has better customer service. They are usually rude. I would not recommend this pharmacy.
