The employees are very kind, both in person and over the phone. Obviously there are times when stuff is a little late or the lane is moving slow, but that is every pharmacy. Not to mention if I DO have something I need more urgently, they do anything they can to help me get what I need. Overall I have great experiences with everyone here :)
- TTTwee TJan 19, 20221.0I called to ask a pharmacist(spoke to Cory) if it’s normal to get covid like symptoms for several days after getting the Booster shot. And he was seriously so freaking rude about it! From his voice to his explanation, there was no sympathy whatsoever, “you might have caught Covid, and yes it’s possible to have it for 5-7 days” and pretty much hung up on me. What kind of pharmacist talks down to a sick patient and his voice was so demeaning! I will never go to this pharmacy again, even though it’s 2 minutes away. Learn how to be kind for freaking sake or do something else.
