Best decision of the year was joining CP in July. Everyone has been lovely but especially Bri! Perfect instructor to do privates with to help build skills and find the fun in pilates to prepare you for classes. The studio is well managed and has a welcoming energy.

I really enjoy taking Monday evening classes with Alexis. She is funny and supportive and makes the class fun while also being challenging. She pays close attention to help modify any exercises that I struggle with.
I also highly recommend Maryliann’s classes. She has amazing energy and is personable. I enjoy her Wednesday evening classes. She is supportive and cheers us on. I feel really pushed to do my best in her classes.
Friday 6 am classes/morning classes with Elizabeth are the best way to start your day/weekend and feel your best. It’s not easy getting up that early to work out but she makes the class fun and worth it every time.
I am a creature of habit and typically only take classes with these 4 but have heard wonderful things about other instructors. Definitely give Club Pilates PWC a chance. My only advice would be to book your classes in advance because they will fill up fast.

The front desk staff, Lauren specifically, are very responsive in a timely manner and helpful. I needed to freeze my account due to an injury and everyone was so helpful and made the process easy.
I also want to point out the sense of community I felt when instructors checked on me during my absence on the status of my recovery.
Briana and Maryliann do a great job of organizing outside events such as the mom and tots classes which harbors the sense of community at Club Pilates PWC.

The staff at this location are horrible. Specifically Janice at the front desk. I received military orders and had to move across the country quickly. As soon as I could I took a copy of my orders to Janice and tried to cancel my membership. She did not work with me. She insisted on charging me for another month at $199 and $100 cancelation fee. I made around 12 phone calls and sent emails to try to find someone else to help me. The Club Pilates contract I signed had a clause that “if you move more than 25 miles away from a Club Pilates location you can cancel without fees”. Even with proof from my contract and military orders Janice refused to help me. I eventually disputed it with my bank. Randomly, after 2 weeks of my calls being ignored, Janice left me a voicemail saying they would refund me. Finally, Janice had the audacity to call me telling me I had to pay a fee because I disputed the charge and I owe them $25. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Go anywhere else for Pilates.

I signed up for the free intro class from an ad on Instagram. When they called me I asked about the promo in the ad they knew nothing about it and said maybe it was a raffle but their social media was separate from in person and said they’d have someone reach out with more info. I took the intro class and they supposedly had an offer “for one night only” (disgusting sales tactic) to sign up for a discounted rate, not giving you any time to think about it. I asked again about the intro promo and was told they’ve never heard of a promo like that. I asked if I could reach out to someone for more info and was made to feel so awkward and stared at for simply asking about an ad that got me to sign up in the first place. I didn’t want to sign up for the class if there was a chance of getting the original promo. I liked the class and was interested in signing up but definitely not after my interaction. The selling tactics, the lack of knowledge, and being locked in when you sign up - definite no. Edit: I was able to find the specific ad that I signed up for on March 13 (one of the workers told me it was maybe an ad for April - everything they said was a “maybe” ) and the ad was for a contest for a free month when signing up. I even told my friend about it at the time of signing up yet none of the workers knew what I was talking about. False advertising and lack of knowledge.
