This is not the pharmacy you want to go to. The pharmacist on staff likes to discriminate against you and judge without knowing the facts. He like to decide when to release your meds or when not to. He will make up lies and has been ugly to me and my doctor.

This pharmacy has become very slow over the past 6 months. New pharmacist and staff. Sat in drive thru pickup lane for 30 mins with only one car in front of me. It took them 15 mins to process a rx pickup that was called in 5 days prior. Time to find a new pharmacy.

My experience @ the pharmacy-located @ 287 & Sublet Rd ,Arlington,Tx is deserving of a 5 STAR rating . The staff has apparently changed since some of the prior reviews were posted . I find their staff to be nothing but helpful & professionally informative . They hve always tried to get rx’s filled on time & if not possible they inform u & will let u know if med has to be ordered . My experience has been w/Technician Thien Nguyen, Pharmacist,Devesh Patel & Thai Pham. They are kind & considerate . I wld encourage everyone to try this pharmacy again .

Had Dr call meds in Friday. Went to pharmacy Sunday and they do not have med in stock. Kim was horrible and had zero empathy! I am now out of my med and she told me script didn't come in until this morning. I spoke with someone Friday to verify it was there! I have used this pharmacy for many years but lately the people are rude and treat people bad. I guess it is time to change, what a pain. This pharmacy has been declining for years and has now reached horrible status.

I followed up today on two prescriptions called in last week. They claimed that they had contacted my doctor but had not received any response. That was a lie. My doctor sent a second refill order at 2:00 pm today. The pharmacist then said he would not refill my prescription because it was too early. That was a lie. When I challenged him, he claimed I was being rude and hung up on me not once but twice! A couple of weeks ago after waiting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes, a different pharmacist told my sister to move forward past the drive through window and circle back around! I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone and have moved all of my prescrptions.
