Came in Saturday for a medical emergency. I typically came here & the door advertises for walk ins. The young lady shared they don’t take walk ins on Saturday. Due to not being able to see, I either needing a walk in appointment or temporary set of contacts I was offered neither.
In my history of relationships with Optometrist I have never experienced where they CHOSE to be complete unsupportive to their clients. As I had been offered a temporary set of contacts in the past from this very location. I found the behavior to be super uncaring and hateful. Will no longer be supporting this business. This is not your place if you have emergencies.
