I came to visit on November 13th, under the impression that I would receive a free hearing test, as long as I used hearing aids. I confirmed this before setting up the appointment. However, I was unexpectedly charged $35 for the visit. The front desk staff took my card from the counter and charged it without informing me of the amount beforehand, which was very upsetting. I felt that this practice was unprofessional, although the provider seemed fine. I still don’t understand why I was charged $35. I plan to call customer service tomorrow, as it’s too late to do so now.
