  Everyone is so kind and sweet and really wants to help you get better! It may be uncomfortable at times but I feel so much more alive and free after therapy! I also didn't think I would be able to relate to anyone but many in my group went through the same things I did. I didn't feel judged opening up about my problems and everyone there was really supportive and comforted me when I needed help through a struggle. I felt like my time at Connections Wellness Group was like going to a family reunion of healing. I looked forward to seeing everyone everyday even on the days I didn't feel like going I knew that meant I needed therapy especially that day. I know I said this already but really everyone is so sweet and they want to help you. They want you to get better, they care so much about you. I would return here.

  I had the most terrible experience at this center. The provider was new and didn’t have the level of licensure to provide therapy, she was only a LMSW and was her first time providing therapy. She made friends with me, asking me questions because I am a licensed therapist and they ended up terminating my treatment without notice, without providing a reason nor providing additional resources or continuation of care. I was very sad and disappointed as it is very hard to reach out for services such as IOP as a provider. Their lack of professionalism was so evident and no one seemed to care that our provider didn’t have the experience or level of licensure needed for effective treatment in IOP. Also, I noticed that they didn’t care if other patients were ready for discharge or not. They didn’t fight insurance companies. They would just discharge when authorizations would run out the first time. Terrible place to seek help.

  The PHP and IOP program was incredibly life changing for me. Everyone I’ve met has been very supportive and helpful with all of my needs. Teri, my therapist was amazing in guiding me through the challenges I’ve been facing with a nonjudgmental look on things. Everyone insured the group remained a safe space for everyone so that we are all able to benefit from the program.
