- BTBosco TBERGAMASCOAug 30, 20241.0Dr. Hughes, Jonathan, Dr. Musgrave and now Brenda are the people I've had appointments with at this location. Today I waited in the exam room for about 40 minutes. She was pleasant and professional but offered no explanation. I called my pharmacy 3X and no prescriptions were received. By 3 pm there was voice mail only. I called the Musgrave office asking for assistance and was told they are not directly affiliated with this office and they would put me ON A STICKY NOTE (?) for Tuesday. That's 5 days in the future. There is the reason 1/3 of these reviews are one star saying if they could give zero they would. Why is it okay to treat patients in such a way?

I drive an hour to go to argle family clinic bc in 2020 Dr. Christopher Hughes saved my life from Covid. Then Dr Jonathan Floras was there. I stayed bc I liked them. Now Brenda Ochieng is there and she will not call her patients back and has her assistant call but no one has called me back since 6/11/2024 and today is 7/15/2024. I will not be changing but just want to report as I have been worried about my health as this has not been taken seriously and this could be very serious. .đ§

When the doctor left the practice you cant even expect someone to reach out to you to try to set up an appointment with a new doctor. Oh and Lisa leaving your own 5 star review for your own practice is tacky and deceitful
