- BTBosco TBERGAMASCOAug 30, 20241.0Dr. Hughes, Jonathan, Dr. Musgrave and now Brenda are the people I've had appointments with at this location. Today I waited in the exam room for about 40 minutes. She was pleasant and professional but offered no explanation. I called my pharmacy 3X and no prescriptions were received. By 3 pm there was voice mail only. I called the Musgrave office asking for assistance and was told they are not directly affiliated with this office and they would put me ON A STICKY NOTE (?) for Tuesday. That's 5 days in the future. There is the reason 1/3 of these reviews are one star saying if they could give zero they would. Why is it okay to treat patients in such a way?
- DSDebra StricklandMar 20, 20241.0I decided to give this location a try for my yearly physical, considering it was close to home and had good reviews. I'm not sure what happened, however, I was not impressed. They evidently no longer had a Doctor on staff when I went so they brought in a PA to assist. My yearly physical consisted of urine test, blood work and blood pressure; that's it. The PA came in and spoke to me for about 2 minutes about life in general, but that's all. I was told I would receive my results by the following Monday and never received a call. I had to call them a few days later and the receptionist said, "everything was normal." No details, no mailed out copy of results, nothing. I was also told I would receive a call from another doctor to schedule a different procedure, however, that never happened either. Maybe I just caught them on a bad week, I don't know, but I won't be going back.
