I got a prescription from the ER on Saturday and they sent it to the river road pharmacy which was closed so they resent it to tascossa rd. I wait over 2 hours on line for them to tell me it was in the system but not filled yet. I returned at 530 that afternoon and they said they could not fill it because it was sent to another pharmacy first and insurance would not approve it. I walked across the street to Walmart and they called the ER and filled my prescription. The next week united started sending text that my prescription was fill and ready. I wow now they can fill it. I was lied to all along. Bye bye united

After leaving almost every time completely frustrated, I've decided to move my prescriptions and I will drive across town to avoid this place.

They are also always good about counseling on new medications. I was going on vacation and needed to fill a prescription early, and the staff was able to quickly solve my situation in a professional manner.
