  My wife and I have been donating here for several years and had generally positive experiences and relationships with staff. However, a recent situation involving a staff member (Kurt) has left us extremely disappointed and uncomfortable. We brought our concerns to management, but felt they were not taken seriously and were dismissed as a “personal matter,” despite our belief that it impacted the professionalism and environment of the facility. As donors, we expect a safe, respectful, and professional atmosphere. Unfortunately, this experience has caused us to lose trust in the organization and question how concerns are handled. Because of this, we will no longer be returning.

  Going in was great everyone was nice and easy going I've been coming here since 2020 and thought it had came along nicely until today I work nights 14 hr shifts and do this to help with bills and was tired and usually everything goes well but they give the people that stick a little power and they abuse it but giving you one warning and then tell you to leave all because they have you lay in a comfortable bed like place and expect you to be able to do everything perfect everytime you come but if you don't than they get rude with you and take a percentage of the money you were supposed to get which isn't a lot anyway but oh well we just have to take it how they can say we save lives but then treat the donors like that is ridiculous

  CLean and Professional. Great Aroma and Friendly Staff! I Left My Debit, Credit Card Holder In The Ladies Room With Everything In It!!! It Was Kindly Returned To Meh!!! Just Wonderful.
