  In this review, I am writing to individuals seeking a pharmacy that offers 24-hour service. However, I would like to caution against choosing the United Pharmacy located at 45th and Bell. Recently, my daughter was diagnosed with diabetes, and her doctor prescribed insulin. Unfortunately, the pharmacy has made four errors in her prescription within a few months. When I contacted the pharmacy manager to express my concerns, I was met with rudeness and a dismissive attitude. He claimed that the pharmacy was extremely busy and that I should consider seeking services elsewhere if I was dissatisfied. Given that the pharmacy has consistently mishandled my daughter’s prescription, it is concerning that the manager did not take a more empathetic approach. After his rude behavior, he abruptly ended the conversation. As a successful 67-year-old man, I was deeply offended by the treatment I received. I strongly advise individuals seeking a pharmacy to exercise caution and avoid the United Pharmacy on 45th and Bell. The promise of 24-hour service should not be a justification for potential errors in prescription handling. For a manager to treat customers with such disdain, it is imperative that he reconsider his position and consider transitioning to a pharmacy technician role.

  Mucha demora en las vacunas más de media hora esperando y nos dejaron sentados sin preocuparse tan siquiera que estábamos ahí. Tuve que preguntar más de 3 veces para que al final nos atendieran. No la recomiendo.

  Every month here is how this goes… I call and ask if they have my prescription in stock before ever asking my dr for a refill. Them-“ yes” I call my dr and they call it in I go pick it up Them- “We don’t have it in stock. It will be ready tomorrow at _____ time.” I go pick it up at that time or after. Them-“ we don’t have it in stock. It will be here for sure tomorrow at _____time.” I go pick it up…… Them-“ the truck hasn’t come yet, but it will be here tomorrow at this time.” If I question why I have been told that multiple days in a row they get short and say “I don’t know, that’s what the computer says zero answers or accountability. I don’t know why I waste my or my doctors time over and over with this pharmacy. The grocery store its self is always great. But unfortunately I’m done with this pharmacy. And on the off chance on the months that this scenario doesn’t take place, ITS. ALWAYS. SOMETHING. I can’t remember the last time I went here that it was called in and ready in a reasonable amount of time.

  Had an interesting experience with a rude individual working at this United pharmacy. Just try to stay away from the brunette named Connie!
