Them-“ yes” I call my dr and they call it in I go pick it up Them- “We don’t have it in stock. It will be ready tomorrow at _____ time.” I go pick it up at that time or after. Them-“ we don’t have it in stock. It will be here for sure tomorrow at _____time.” I go pick it up…… Them-“ the truck hasn’t come yet, but it will be here tomorrow at this time.” If I question why I have been told that multiple days in a row they get short and say “I don’t know, that’s what the computer says zero answers or accountability. I don’t know why I waste my or my doctors time over and over with this pharmacy. The grocery store its self is always great. But unfortunately I’m done with this pharmacy. And on the off chance on the months that this scenario doesn’t take place, ITS. ALWAYS. SOMETHING. I can’t remember the last time I went here that it was called in and ready in a reasonable amount of time.

My husband called and they put him on hold, and when they spoke to him, they hung up. When calling again we were put on hold and again hung up on. We were initially told by staff that they had already had complaints on the women’s restroom.
