I have never been treated with such disrespect as I was at the location on 45th and Bell. The experience was a complete disappointment and left me feeling like my concerns didn’t matter. I will be switching back to Walgreens—even though I have reservations about doing so—because at least they offer a more reliable option. Amarillo truly needs another 24-hour pharmacy in town!

She further explained that my medication, being a controlled substance, would be flagged if filled in the morning and would therefore need to be processed later in the day. This interaction raised several concerns about the pharmacy’s operational procedures and customer service approach. The explanation provided regarding controlled substance scheduling appeared inconsistent with standard pharmacy practices, and the overall communication lacked the professionalism I would expect. I believe this matter warrants attention to ensure other customers receive appropriate service and accurate information about prescription processing procedures.
