I understand they are working but come on. Also, when I stated I need to drop off a prescription the lady ripped it from my hand. I asked would you like to see my insurance, was told “I don’t know do I? Is it new insurance or what.” I said yes ma’am it’s new. She ripped from me that as well. Stated it would be about an hour. I said okay thanks. Then called almost 4 hours later and they stated they couldn’t find it when they were bickering in the back ground when they had me on speaker. Then it’s going to be another hour. The most rude staff ever. We will never go back
