- GGGiana GarciaFeb 12, 20241.0Worst customer service experience ever. Drove over to the GNC on Wolflin they were closed. Before driving all the way to Bell I called to confirm they were open. When I called Jacob answered the phone and I asked if they were open, his respond “ugh duh I answered right.” As I showed up, I asked if he was the one who answered the phone and with a rude condescending attitude saying yes, that I didn’t have to ask the question rudely. Then started harassing me while I was looking for what I needed throughout the store. Saying things like “you look like a lost little girl”, “just let me help you so you can get the hell out”. This was not ok especially when it was just me and him in the store.
