  I had a great experience at Target Optical at Stacy Rd in Allen. Jonathon and Zordria helped both me and my daughter adjust our glasses, and they were incredibly friendly and patient. I especially want to thank Jonathon — he went above and beyond to fix my glasses after they were badly bent when someone accidentally sat on them. The frames were completely tilted, and I thought I would have to replace them. Even though I didn’t purchase the glasses from Target Optical, he still took the time to carefully repair them for free and got them back to normal. He honestly saved me a lot of money. Both Jonathon and Zordria were warm, helpful, and professional. In fact, our whole family has been coming to this Target Optical location, and every visit has been a positive experience. The team is always welcoming and willing to help. Highly recommend this location!

  I’ve been using Target optical for years and it’s so easy and convenient. Jonathan was really nice and very helpful. He provided good customer service. The contacts I ordered arrived very fast.

  Jonathan was SO patient with my son and I. He taught him the importance of taking care of his glasses and eyes. We changed our minds on certain things several times and he never rushed us or made us feel bad. Thank you Jonathan you really convinced my son to not throw his glasses anymore. 😂😂

  Huge shoutout to Jonathan at Target Optical! He wasn't just trying to sell me glasses; he felt like a consultant helping me find the right style and lens options for my needs. He was patient, knowledgeable about the different coatings, and made sure I was 100% happy before I left. Highly recommend!

  Had a pair of sunglasses that lost a screw. I ordered a whole variety pack of screws off Amazon and none of them worked. Brought them into target and asked if they had a screw that fit and they did and they fix them for me complementary! Jonathon was awesome – super helpful and got them fixed fast. Now I know why they have such great reviews – great customer service.
