  So rude & rough. Couldn’t find my veins. Poked me several times moving the needle around inside of my arm only to not be able to get the blood. My arm is still sore and bruised right now! This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had when having my blood drawn. & To think, i wasn’t even able to actually have it drawn. Definitely not returning to this location. 100% would NOT recommend!!!!

  Someone left detailed instructions on how to have a good experience and I’d suggest reading that review. I know it can be confusing to know what to do, so I suggest making an appointment and then making sure you check in at the kiosk inside. They called me in right away by name, and I was in and out in less than ten minutes. Granted it might be slower when it’s busier, but I had a great experience. Jessie, who did the draw, was quick and professional and I felt almost zero pain. Afterwards I thought to myself, “Was this the best blood draw experience of all time?” And I think it was.

  I had a confirmed appointment for fasting labs this morning and they were not even open at 915 am, no one was there.
