Made an early appointment online. Received a text early morning with link to check in when arrived. I arrived a little too early to use that link to check in so I used the kiosk instead. Scan my ID and was able to check in that way. Was able to get everything done within 10 minutes. Very skillful phlebotomist. Since it's inside Walmart I was able to get some shopping done in the same trip.
Took me in as I was finishing signing in. Cannot ask for quicker service than that. Technician performed one of the quickest and best blood draws I have ever had. (As a diabetic=4 times a year min)

I recently had an extremely negative experience with a staff member named MICHELLE. I have been dealing with ongoing issues where exams and appointments I have booked are not properly populating in the system, even though they appear on my phone. I understand, as I explained to her, that she may not have control over the system itself.
I calmly asked whether my exam could still be completed in the morning, as it is somewhat urgent. She immediately responded no. I then began asking how I could ensure my appointments are booked correctly moving forward, but before I could even finish my sentence, she interrupted me in a very rude and aggressive manner. She raised her voice at me in front of a room full of patients (which can be verified by cameras), stating that it was my fault and that she had nothing to do with it.
When I asked for her name, her behavior became even more aggressive. She told me to wait and dismissively said she would give me “something better,” handing me a phone number instead. The entire interaction was unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional.
I have never experienced such a passive-aggressive and disrespectful response over a simple question. This situation is unacceptable. I am already dealing with pain, have had three appointments that were booked but not completed, and was then embarrassed publicly on top of it.
I would appreciate this matter being addressed promptly before I escalate it further to the BBB/legal and other appropriate medical channels.

I made an appointment online, a simple process and arrived 15 minutes early. I signed in on the tablet and sat down. Less than 2 minutes later, the Tech came out and announced my name. In we go, easy blood draw and out I went. The Tech was efficient and pleasant. She has a great sense of humor as well!

I hadn't visited a diagnostic center in years, but my recent experience was surprisingly pleasant. From the moment I entered, I was welcomed with a warm smile, which immediately eased any anxiety I had. My nurse, Ms. Michelle Collins, treated me with exceptional care and took the time to explain the entire process thoroughly. The visit felt more like catching up with a friend during a lunch break, and I was in and out in under 45 minutes—perhaps even less. The inviting atmosphere made me lose track of time.
