  The teachers at this studio are excellent—most are very talented and clearly put in a lot of heart. However, the management of this and the other two locations makes it difficult to recommend. In my experience, the environment feels more exclusionary than encouraging. I’ve observed management being inconsistent with rules and treating people differently based on personal favoritism, which creates a stressful atmosphere for both staff and clients. I was also disappointed to learn that the pay for these hardworking teachers is around $30/class. For a premium studio, that seems extremely low, especially considering the commute many of them have can range up to 30-60 minutes. While the classes themselves are good, the music is okay, the ‘milestone’ rewards feel a bit underwhelming compared to other studios. If you just want a workout and don’t mind a corporate, top-down management style, you’ll be fine. But if you’re looking for a truly supportive community, ownership may need to look at how they value their staff and create a more professional culture.

  I’ve been going to Pute Batre Allen for more than 10 years. A great workout, awesome instructors, friendly community, and great owner! I love that there are different formats so you can mix up your workouts.

  Pure Barre has been such a game changer for my physical and mental health. The workouts are always challenging and push you so you grow. Instructors and members ares friendly. Overall such a great place!

  Manager was unprofessional and rude. My friend and I were offered second try out sessions. We both were interested after 2nd try . The manager approached us at the end of class and said we are welcome to leave because she needed talk to the rest of the group for new membership. I asked about pricing from email and she just replied “ that’s corporate pricing” and walked away. I guess we were not worth to talk to since we didn’t signup on first try! If there is a different pricing at studio for new members, why even bother to send us email promotions?
