  In 2024, I met with head nurse Yutasha Jackson RN, about my mom and her condition. She was very nice and willing to come to the house and speak with my mom about the services hospice provided. She came right out and my mom agreed for Traditional Hopice to come out. I wasn't sure how this was going to go because my mom was use to me. We met Bobby the weekend nurse, he was very nice and informed when doing her admission. Angie, her CNA, was the best, she always had some story to make her laugh, Angie became like family in the months of her coming to the house. Victoria, her weekday nurse, made sure she had everything she needed. My mom use to say "I like Victoria". And wanted to make sure she was always her nurse (LOL). She always enjoyed talking with David the Chaplin, he prayed with her and talked to her about the Bible. Shay, the social worker, always making sure the family was informed and prepared us with the passing process. The whole team was amazing. My mom passed away Feb.9, after about 9 months on hospice. This team definitely helped us get through this process. You all deserve a standing ovation!!!!!!

  I met with Nurse Yutasha about care for a family member.. The professionalism, patience, representative. The best of what I look for in care for our loved one. It represents excellent. “ Bedside manner.” Once a decision is made, I’m sure we will be Contacting Nurse Yutasha and Traditions for their services.

  I can’t say enough good things about Traditons Health! They have been a blessing to me and my family. Angela, Victoria, Kim and Shelly have been such a huge source of support for me and my mom. It’s hard being a caregiver and their love and support in what has been a challenging season has felt like such a breath of fresh air! Thank you Traditions Health and your entire team!

  We were walking in unfamiliar territory when they put my mom on hospice. Traditions (we’re in Allen TX) is the place to be. We were so blessed by their gentle care. Starting with Tianna, Victoria and Shay; they were wonderful, Yutasha and Bobbie were above and beyond, keeping Mom comfortable, listening to me cry and guiding us through the process; even checking on us afterward. Highly recommend!
