Great experience at the Allen Good Feet Store! If I could give 10 stars for Kevin and staff, I would! He is so knowledgeable about the supports and provided excellent customer satisfaction. Who wants foot, back or neck surgery when you can live pain free with Good Feet inserts? Thank you and keep doing what you're doing!

Went in looking for KURU brand orthopedic shoes for my wife due to surgery for broken leg bones down by the ankle. The surgeon had to use hardware and screws to put the bones back together. Instead of carrying the brand of shoes their website said they had in stock, a salesperson switches up the conversation to push $500.00 per pair of pre-made inserts (3 different types: each costing $500.00 for each pair), and a intense electric foot massager (without the employees asking anything, or having any medical knowledge of how traumatizing and destructive a massager is to post-op surgery that entails using metal screws and plates to hold bones together, or the damage it causes to the healing wounds that were used to get unside to perform the surgery). Although, they were nice and pushing quick sales to make a living, they caused my wife (6 weeks post-op) to have trauma damage and excruciating pain that may end up having to have a second surgery, and about $300,000.00 more in medical bills, and another long recovery, by simply placing her feet on a device that has intense deep vibration on the feet and legs without even explaining what they were doing in the process of slipping her feet on this thing and then turning it on and continuing to push the sell for this machine and the pre-made (marketed as custom-made) shoe inserts. People need to stop and ask important questions before putting their potential sales to fill pocketbook before the health and well-being of their customers. We did end up buying a pair of pre-made orthopedic shoes from the Brooks brand they actually carried, but they're not as good as the Kuru brand we were deceived into believing they carried by their website. I would simply recommend NOT doing business with this store simply due to the ignorance of the employees and their lack of medical knowledge that causes harm to their potential clients that brings trauma induced pain/injuries to potential customers. This is the fault of the corporate people for the lack of training in this important knowledge when pushing products to those in pain from surgeries and/or health issues. Shame on you for putting unknowing, well mannered employees in your storefront trained to simply push sales instead of actually providing important basic knowledge of the customers health status before trying to fit them with a solution.

Cost is HIGH! And there is a charge for each individual little thing. Watch for charges for things you didn't actually buy. (This happened to me twice at 2 different store locations. So check your receipt and ask questions.) They will tell you "you can get the inserts cheaper if you buy 5 pair of socks". Get them to explain to you how that works... because I couldn't figure it out from my receipt. And you don't have to buy everything they try to sell you. Ask questions!!!!

I was a walk-in at the Allen The Good Feet Store and was greeted right away. Kevin and I sat down and discussed the issues I was having with my feet. Had me stand up to take a foot impression of each foot on paper. Discussed the images. Was fitted with the proper arch support(s). In all honesty, when I stood up from the chair with the new supports, I actually said Wow! Kevin had me spend time walking the on the tiled floor. Not only did my feet and walking feel great, I also noticed my lower spine and shoulders felt relaxed and I was walking with a better posture than when I walked in through the door! After the years of pain and discomfort and buying support shoes I thought would help me, but did not, in this one visit all of the pain and discomfort went away in an instant. Thank you Kevin and The Good Feet Store!
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce—or even
eliminate—pain. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How are Good Feet Arch Supports different from generic inserts or insoles?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide firm yet flexible support to correct poor foot biomechanics, offering long term pain-relief solutions unlike typical inserts or insoles.
Will arch supports help if I wear good shoes but still experience foot pain?
Yes, arch supports stabilize your foot, addressing discomfort often caused by foot biomechanics rather than shoes, which can minimize or alleviate foot and related pain.
Can I take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, the store stocks a full inventory and you can take your fitted arch supports home the same day, available for ages 6 and older.
How do I get a free fitting for arch supports at The Good Feet Store?
Simply visit your local Good Feet Store; no appointment is required, but scheduling one online is an option if you prefer.
