  Had a pair of sunglasses that lost a screw. I ordered a whole variety pack of screws off Amazon and none of them worked. Brought them into target and asked if they had a screw that fit and they did and they fix them for me complementary! Jonathon was awesome – super helpful and got them fixed fast. Now I know why they have such great reviews – great customer service.

  I had my prescription glasses made at Target Optical on Stacey Rd in Allen toward the end of November 2025. The first pair I chose didn’t feel like it fit properly. Although they adjusted them, they still weren’t comfortable. I went back, and the team was very helpful and understanding, allowing me to select a different frame. After a few weeks, however, that frame still didn’t fit quite right—even after additional adjustments. I decided to try one more frame, and this time I finally found the perfect fit! All of these exchanges took place within the 90-day warranty period. Thank you so much !

  I had an excellent experience finding my new eyeglasses. Zondria was knowledgeable, patient, and truly attentive to what I was looking for. She helped me choose frames that fit my face perfectly and explained all my lens options clearly. I never felt rushed, and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable.
