  Awful customer service! The lady at the window seemed to hate her job. She was so rude. Not to mention I had a prescription filled about 2 weeks ago, but unfortunately I had 2 deaths in the family and had to leave out of town and couldn’t pick up immediately. I received a phone call yesterday saying I had 2 to 3 days to come pick it up or they were putting it back on the shelf, well they didn’t give me the 2 days, they put it back that night. The prescription “expired” and they needed to now call my doctor to have him agree to write a new prescription... I’ve never in my life experienced such disregard for a customer and such a lack of communication. I definitely will never be going back to this pharmacy after all the trouble I had to go through.

  I used to get my medication at Walgreens and they are good. I then switched CVS and they ARE a bit better. But I have found Kroger to be better than both. Very efficient and the people are very nice. They are on top of it and always contact me about my medication.…and I empathize efficient!.

  At first I liked this pharmacy. But their customer service is gone to pot. I was told I could not wait in the drive-through line even though there was no one behind me at all, because I was using a coupon to get a discount on one of my medications. I explained it I’ll be happy to move forward and get back in line again should someone come up behind me, but they said no they do not allow anyone to sit in the drive-through line while they’re getting a coupon adjustment. That’s just insane!
