I went into this Kroger just a few minutes to get some sandwich deli, and the lady that works, there is the most rudest person I have ever met. She talks to you like you’re trash and always has a really bad attitude and is never smiling. I just don’t understand if you don’t enjoy your job don’t work there.

This store charged me for a prescription that I did not ask to fill. I paid for my prescriptions and I drove off like a normal person. 5 minutes later when I open the bag I realized they gave me three prescriptions instead of two, one of which I did not request and I now have been charged $60 for a prescription that is non-returnable. I wonder how many other people they have gotten with this??
