  Elaine Kim, the PA, was terrific. She took the time to answer all of my questions in detail, so I could understand why my body is reacting the way it is. Now it makes perfect sense, so I know what I need to do.

  I don't know why they have a phone because your put on hold forever (i've called over multiple days and times). Even if you leave a voicemail nobody calls you back! I will be switching out of this location and into another that can at least pick up the phone when I call.

  Really liked the doctor but office staff and phone system suck. You leave a message for them to call you back and they never do.
