  Honestly my pcp recommended this place. I was very disappointed, waited over an hour before being seen, they also didn't check my vision before my eyes had been dilated fully so everything was blurry by the time I was actually seen. I've never had an eye appointment like the one I had here. Was told to read the letters, then grabbed something from a basket and asked if my vision was better than the lens he held up. Didn't put the big machine up to my face and rotate through different settings. Overall very weird experience.

  Dirty exam room, exam room is in disrepair with wire channels hanging off the wall and antiquated looking furnishings, relatively poor attitude at the receptionist desk and they NEVER answer the phone! I truly don't even know how they maintain their patient base, let alone aquire new patients. If I were not relegated to use them because they are the only optomerest near me that accepts my insurance, I would NOT, let me repeat that, I would NOT use this office for any sort of eye care! If your insurance is accepted elsewhere, go there, not here!

  The prescription They gave me there is not right I see double and foggy with the glasses they prescribed there so I'm wearing my old glasses although my old glasses are 2 years old I can see better with them. Coastal bend of Alice needs to get a better doctor!!!

  Bad experience
