However, the lady I spoke to over the phone in the pharmacy department told me that my prescription would be unable to be filled until Wednesday. This means that I will be without my prescription for four days now because I haven’t had access to my medication since Sunday. I honestly don’t even feel comfortable getting my medication from this location anymore. I’m seriously considering switching pharmacies. People in the medical field shouldn’t bully people who need their prescription. & companies should not hire people who think it’s OK to bully people who need their prescription. Just thought I’d give everyone a heads up on what you would go through if you get your prescription filled at this Tom Thumb location. I’m looking at the prescription bottle right now and it says refill by January 4 of 2026. So why did the lady who picked up the phone in the pharmacy department tell me that it can’t be filled until January 7, 2026? That’s my question for the day? I have included a photo of the refill date to prove my point…

The boy behind the counter is so rude, disrespectful and the lady pharmacist that has short black hair. I should’ve got their names but I was so livid that day being treated how I got treated yesterday by them. I wasn’t going to leave a review cause the Tom Thumbs grocery store has amazing customer service but the pharmacy doesn’t. The boy was on his cell phone and the lady in the white coat which is the main pharmacist that helped was so rude, demeaning and questioning me. They both seemed racist to be to be honest cause the way I felt after getting my prescription was so disheartening. I need to find a new pharmacy. This is the worse customer service I have experienced and it doesn’t seem like this pharmacy is going to change. Horrible customer service.
