  I went in on Monday and walked through the process of setting up an appointment for Tuesday. I specifically asked whether I could pay when I arrived, and they told me yes. Then on Tuesday morning, I got a text saying they needed to “lock me in” for Wednesday at 2:00 PM. I showed up for that appointment, only to find out they didn’t actually have me booked at all. To make matters worse, when I walked in, the employee at the front saw me standing there but stayed on his phone handling personal business before casually acknowledging me. Then he told me they had no appointment for me. The whole experience was incredibly unprofessional, disorganized, and very disappointing. Poor communication, poor customer service, and a complete waste of my time. I’m hoping this is just an issue with this specific location, because based on this experience I’ll definitely be looking into other locations—or trying competitors like Stretch Zone instead.

  Shanna has the magic touch..I received my initial stretch with Lacressa and was handed off to her and I knew I was in great hands when she opened up my hips and I swear I grew taller. This Addison team are the people to see.. they can stretch me any time.

  I loved my experience here! I felt so welcomed from the moment I walked in! I especially want to give my thanks to Brian C. for stretching me! He was so attentive to my concerns and needs and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I had pain in my left shoulder and I already feel such a difference :) I will be definitely coming back soon!

  StretchLab was awesome at our office today total win for the team. Lacressa stayed all day, crushing it with her calm, pro vibes. She listened super well, dialed in the perfect pressure, explained every move, and had people walking out loose and happy. Multiple coworkers said their necks and shoulders finally felt normal after being tight for months she was the all-day MVP. Kya rocked the first half with high energy and killer technique. She spotted hidden knots instantly, kept everything fun and light, and left folks standing taller, breathing deeper, and feeling refreshed right away. Shawn took over the second half super intuitive, zeroed in on tight spots in seconds, worked them out smoothly and chill. No awkwardness, just great results and relaxed chats. Everyone was buzzing: “I feel brand new,” “best 15 minutes ever,” “my back is actually happy,” “lower back relief for real,” “we need this every week.” Morale jumped big time—people were smiling, chatting, and way less grumpy about desks. Shoutout to Lacressa (full-day legend), Kya (morning fire), and Shawn (afternoon closer) fantastic crew, 10/10 service. Bring StretchLab back ASAP.
